About BR3 debug mode & frame data

BR3 has a hidden mode called debug mode.
(debug mode is available only for the first release of the JPN version)
There were many things you could do in debug mode, one of which was the display of various frame data.

In the frame data of debug mode, we could mainly see the following elements.

-Numeric values such as startup/active/recovery
-Detailed flags such as operating state & posture
-Convert life meter/beast meter to numerical value

I thought this information would be useful for creating wiki data, but it wasn't actually reflected.

Why didn't the debug mode frame data be reflected?

There were several reasons for this.

1. debug mode was independent

It may be an emulator issue, but there was a slight difference in behavior or drawing when compared to other modes such as Arcade, Versus, Practice.
(for example, in some normals, there was a difference in the time from the start to the end of the operation.)
It is still unknown why the slight difference has occurred.

By the time I tried to use the frame data in debug mode, about 90% of the frame data of BR3wiki was available.
(BR3wiki frame data was measured using the frame advance function in practice mode)

In terms of data accuracy, debug mode is probably more correct.
However, when we play BR3, we rarely play in debug mode.
And because there is a difference in the numbers between debug mode & other modes, BR3wiki didn't reflect the data in debug mode.

2. In debug mode, the data under development is displayed

Debug mode is literally a mode for debugging.
Therefore, some operation data and flags were displayed under development.
For example, Bakuryu's 1B was flagged as "FUSE" (lie-down).
However, in reality, this flag has disappeared as of the arcade version BR3.

In other words, in order to ensure the reliability of the data in debug mode, it is necessary to collate with all the frame data acquired in other modes.
It took me about a year to measure the data in practice mode ... Would you like to repeat this again?
I gave up.

The two are the main reason that did not reflect the data of the debug mode to BR3wiki.

Digression.
Personally, I'm curious about what happens to the debug mode display on Dolphin BREX.
It seems that the data is displayed in layers instead of the independent mode like that of BR3, and I think BREX is more reliable than BR3.
I hope it's reliable.
